Murder suspect talks to media outside the police headquarters on live television

Well as this guy tells it, his neighbors have been pissing him off for years. So that makes it ok, he’s just gonna go into the police station and tell them that then be on his way. He obviously was going to go in and confess to it, but it’s still funny he just talked to the media like that on live television, his lawyer was probably punching something in frustration for having to defend that guy.
